ABOUT HUDSON INSTITUTE OF COACHING
The Hudson Institute of Coaching is one of the leading training institutes in the world. The headquarters in Brazil is the only unit outside the United States, and has executives trained by the institution. Known as a traditional and high-quality coaching school, Hudson has a robust and consistent methodology, one of the most used coaches in many countries. The Hudson Institute of Coaching team works with leaders, executives and their teams to help them consciously handle the ongoing changes in their corporate lives.
The Hudson Institute of Coaching was founded in 1986 in Santa Barbara, Calif., by Frederic Hudson, PhD. A pioneer in adult learning and development models, Frederic went beyond the academic approach when using experiential learning. He is the author of The Adult Years: Mastering the Art of Self-Renewal (1999), The Handbook of Coaching (1999) and Lifelaunch: A Passionate Guide to the Rest of Your Life (2000). Recognized worldwide for its excellence in coaching, the Hudson Institute is now led by Pamela McLean, PhD in clinical psychology and work systems. She has accompanied Frederic since the creation of the Institute and is the author of several books, including The Completely Revised Handbook of Coaching (2012) and Life Forward (2016).
